Bishop Robert L. Humphries Jr. is the only son of Robert L. Humphries Sr. and Dorothy Humphries. He is one of seven children. Robert has spent countless hours studying God’s Word for his own edification and as part of his chosen path of education. He holds a Doctoral Degree in Theology and has served as a professor at Beulah Heights Seminary. Robert was pastor of Faith and Prayer Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia for several years.
Robert is now Director of Christian Education at Fresh Start Baptist Church under Pastor Ezra Bell Jr. He facilitates classes, mentors the young adults ministry, and supports his pastor in and outside of the church. Robert is the husband of Stacey Humphries and the father of four children and the godparent to three. He is also an uncle to several nieces and nephews.
